✨ DIVERSITY + INCLUSIVITY + COMMUNITY ✨ 
We are excited to announce that we are participating in this year's Many Faces Initiative, which aims to foster diversity and inclusivity within the craft brewing industry. Founded in 2020, the Many Faces Initiative has raised funds for the ncbrewersguild's Diversity Scholarship Program. In 2023, it will continue its mission with a paid ten-week brewery internship program designed to provide mentorship and offer an immersive training experience to people of color interested in pursuing careers within the craft brewing industry.

We strongly believe that opportunities like these are crucial to creating a more diverse and inclusive craft beer industry. We are committed to doing our part in creating a more equitable future, and are excited to host an internship this year. Our hope is that this program will provide our intern with invaluable experience, mentorship, and support, allowing them to pursue a fulfilling career in craft beer. We are honored to be a part of this important initiative, and we look forward to continuing our efforts to create a more diverse and inclusive industry!
