🚨TAPPING: HALF TRUTH // 5% ABV🚨⁣
⁣
In honor of our love for lagers and Food Truck Friday, we’re tapping this beauty of a zwickelbier today at 3pm. A zwickelbier traditionally is poured right off the tank of a young lager. They are hazy and still have a good amount of yeast in solution, so the taste will be a little more yeast forward and bready than a fully lagered Pils or Helles. HALF TRUTH is very malt forward, drinks soft, but still refreshing. A really nice mouth of bread & biscuit notes. We ready. [ verdant_bread - YOOOO, this is your jam #allthebread ]
