Last summer, I went back and forth about working with a coach for a couple months

Why?

I told myself I didn’t want to track macros, I didn’t need to do that, my body is the way it is no matter what because “I’ve tried everything”

Sound like you?

I had to remind myself.. well clearly what I was doing wasn’t working and I was going to stay the exact same if I didn’t do something different 🙃

To be honest.. I was hesitant to work with a coach because I didn’t want to fail, I was nervous to get uncomfortable, and what if I couldn’t “have fun”?

YALL, when you work with a great coach (heeey @dalalovesdumbbells and @fitnessshaman) they guide and teach you through what you’re doing, they encourage you to push past your comfort zones, and they teach you how to make your goals a realistic part of your life

I know it’s scary to take the leap to work with a coach, invest in your health, open up and be vulnerable to someone else.. I’ve been there girl

But what’s more scary to me? Thinking of where I would be now if I didn’t value myself and my happiness enough to put that first last summer
