#TestimonyTuesday "Will and I go way way back. Here's just a start at what I learned from him:
-- explosiveness training
-- coordination at top output/speed
-- strength/conditioning for fast stop go/change of direction
-- hip flexibility for longer stride and faster whip for left and right footed kicking with full control
-- great ground contact skills for balance and change of direction
-- injury prevention training
-- last and most importantly, Will challenged me to achieve new bests, always.
