We were going to close up shop today, but when former intern tkburge came to visit, and drop in on a session, I changed that ASAP! I told him I wanted to put him trough a session so that we could give him something to take back to the athletes he trains in Maryland and Pennsylvania. Taught him a footwork concept in depth, and changed how he moved in 15-20 minutes. In addition to being a Professor at Hagerstown Community College, Thomas has his Masters Degree in Sports Performance Enhancement & Injury Prevention...he knows what is good work, and what is not good work. He also is a former collegiate athlete.
