Congratulations to my sellers on the sale of their Thornhill Woods townhouse! This record-breaking sale (which didn't last too long in this market 😂) was a great example of why you shouldn't sell your house before its had the chance to be properly exposed to the market, as I discussed last week.

After a strong bully offer on the 1st day we went to market, my sellers were eager to accept. However, the mutual decision to give the house more time on the market resulted in multiple offers, and an offer of $60K higher than the original one received!
