## Caption

The proposal of the First Time Home Buyer Incentive could see the cmhc_schl contribute up to 10% of the purchase price of a home. 
While it is a good way to assist first-time home buyers trying to get into the market I believe it will also drive up prices and increase competition in an already competitive entry level market.
