Dusty grew up in the small town of Gardnerville, Nevada and fell in love with Boise immediately when his dad took him on a road trip to see the Northwest prior to college. ⁠

He was a walk-on player for Boise State’s football team before earning a scholarship in Track and Field. During his time as a Bronco, he earned NCAA regional qualifier and all-conference honors throughout multiple seasons on the track.⁠

Dusty has always seen Boise as a well-rounded and welcoming city, and his passion for real estate in the area continues to grow.
