I have not read or watched the news today or looked at my feed. I was feeling super guilty about it but it’s necessary to give yourself a break. My cognitive/executive function his been in the pits. I had to give myself permission to unplug and wanted to also let others know that this is your sign, your permission, to get outdoors and get some sun & fresh air, if you are able of course. I know it’s a privilege to be able to do so. For those who can, give yourself a break from the news, give yourself a day or so to recharge. It’s ok to do so.💗🫶🏽
