🌟 A Message from David Paradiso, Our Owner 🌟

Presenting a 50-year vision: 
Imagine a world where we have an integrated K-12 physical education program, where kids enter adulthood with an extensive foundation of knowledge about movement, nutrition, health and exercise.

Home gyms will be common, but gyms like ours will still be an essential pillar part of the community for the social aspect, group trainings and doing things you can’t do at home, like rope climbing, weightlifting, foam pits, etc. 

Coaches will serve an important role within our communities and be available for specific higher level needs and consultations more akin to todays doctors appointments where you can get bloodwork done and checkups on biomarkers, etc.

This is the vision for the fitness industry that we have always held up and what we are working towards now!Together, we’ll pave the path to a healthier, stronger world. 💪🌍 #ParadisoCommunity #CrossfitCommunity #FutureofFitness
