Y’all know I’m all about making recipes that taste good, and are also high in protein and nutrients 🙋🏼‍♀️

So here’s an eassssyyy peasy snack idea that checks all of those boxes ✔️

And helps satisfy that sweet tooth 😛

🍎 To really make this the perfect snack, I used a snapdragonapple - the perfect combination of sweet and crunchy!
🍎 For my dip, I mixed together:
- 3/4 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter
- 1 tbsp milk chocolate chips

And it’s that simple! The perfect snack to help manage that afternoon hunger and provide a boost with 22g of protein and 6g of fiber 🙌🏼

And while snapdragonapple are now available in Publix and many other grocery stores across the country (including Aldi too!), I actually got to see this variety being grown in New York when I visited in March! 

SnapDragon apples are grown by more than 150 family farmers in New York - HOW COOL IS AGRICULTURE 😎
