Want more? Get comfortable being uncomfortable. 

Striving to get better at anything takes discipline. First and foremost, it requires a focus on today. Focus on today’s tasks. Focus on how you can move the ball just five yards today. 

And then, understand you’re going to be sore. You’re going to be uncomfortable. You’re going to need to make sacrifices if you truly want to get better. I just want to encourage you to find the courage to continually move yourself in the direction of your biggest goals and ambitions by focusing on what you can do on this day to get one step closer.
