Le demi défensif petit format s'est fait remarquer à plus d'une reprise cette saison, se méritant même une place au sein de l'équipe d'étoiles de la LCF. Justement, Greg joue au football parce qu’il souhaite avoir un impact positif sur les gens qui le suivent. Au fil des ans, il a dû surmonter plusieurs obstacles, des blessures à la perte d’êtres chers. Aujourd’hui, Greg affirme avoir trouvé sa voie et une certaine sérénité qui lui permet d’avancer. Lorsqu’il ne joue pas au foot, il aime faire du motocross et regarder des courses automobiles. Son superhéros préféré est Superman. Ses films préférés sont Shawshank Redemption, Justice League et The Notebook parce que, malgré les apparences, il a un côté sensible. .

Big talent comes in small packages and Greg Reid is the prime example of that. The DB was hard to miss this season on the field, earning a spot on the CFL All-Star team. Greg says he plays football because he wants to have a positive impact on the people who follow him and know his story. Along the years, he has faced adversity numerous times, from injuries to the loss of loved ones. Now, Greg is happy to have found his way and the peace he needed to keep moving forward. When he's not playing football, he likes riding dirt bikes and watching drag car races. His favourite superhero is Superman. His movies of choice are Shawshank Redemption, Justice League and The Notebook. Yup, hidden somewhere behind the forcefulness he showcases on the field is a hint of sensitivity.
