Panini Day is a great opportunity to try out different flavor combinations and toasting techniques. There are many ways to make a panini, and people can get creative with their fillings. Some popular fillings include ham and cheese, turkey and Swiss, and roasted vegetables. There are also many different ways to toast a panini, such as in a panini press or on a grill. 🥖

We serve a panini special every day in Emily’s Cafe. One of the best selling panini’s is the following....

1 loaf Italian bread, ciabatta
2 slices prosciutto
4 slices tomato
2 oz. fresh mozzarella, sliced
2-3 fresh basil leaves
Season with salt & pepper.
Place into Panini Press for 90 Seconds.
