Repost hellodaisy123: Yesterday I presented my final project for my pastry program, which involved creating a dish involving several ~mystery~ ingredients. We had to create a dish including a main dish, frozen component, sauce, and garnish, and that used pumpkin, cinnamon, heavy cream and smoked sugar.
