Black Ambition and Billionaire Boys Club are excited to announce the Miami Digital Wearables Prize Competition during Art Basel, an opportunity for Miami based Black and Latinx entrepreneurs to pitch their business ventures in Digital Wearables for a chance to win access to mentorship and growth capital. 

A panel of expert judges will award $20k to the top three applicants. The grand prize winner will receive $10,000, the second place winner will receive $7,000, and the third place winner will receive $3,000.

Black Ambition is a non-profit initiative founded by Pharrell Williams, a visionary recording artist, philanthropist, and entrepreneur, working towards closing the opportunity and wealth gap for Black and Latinx communities through entrepreneurship. During the inaugural Black Ambition prize competition in 2021, Black Ambition provided more than $3M to 34 founders who have since gone on to raise more than $50M in the past year. 

Billionaire Boys Club, founded by Pharrell Williams and Nigo in 2003, is a globally recognized clothing, accessories and lifestyle brand, whose blend of streetwear and luxury has influenced countless pockets of fashion, music, design and culture. As the brand has morphed to continuously lead and define fashion, we have built a universe from the foundation of Billionaire Boys Club to form ICECREAM, Bee Line and Billionaire Girls Club.

Businesses must be operating/residing in Miami, FL to be eligible to apply.

Applications open on November 10, 2022 and will close on November 21, 2022 at 10am EST
