Here’s me talking about how horrified I was when I first found out about blow jobs. This is precisely why I talk about sex on stage. It’s not to shock or because I can’t come up with funny observations about clouds or duvet covers. It’s because as a young girl I only got sex education from school or porn, none of which was an honest representation. Female comics may talk about sex a lot, but so be it. I do it in the hopes that young people find my material and get some answers and feel less alone, terrified, and confused. Also, sex is fucking funny.
