Took this shot on my walk home from the office last night. Spring has arrived in Ottawa - and with it, rain, rainbows, and soon, a million tulips. 🌧️🌈🌷 

Spring is also the season of the federal budget here on Parliament Hill. 

At 5pm ADT today, the finance minister will outline the government's plan for to address the housing crisis & make life more affordable for all generations.
