Thank you. Thank you to Coach Fitzgerald and Coach Cushing for believing in me to play B1G Ten offensive line 6 years ago. Thank you for Coach Anderson for molding me into the player I am and allowing me to start 24 games over my career. Thank you to my teammates who trusted in me to be a captain of a team that will be in the history books for Northwestern Football. Thank you to all of the players who have given me so many laughs and memories. Thank you to the life long friendship I have been able to build! Thank you to my academic advisor Kristin Kane Herbison for helping me get 2 degrees from a top 10 university! Thank you to my family for always being at every game and always wearing the purple. Thank you to my girlfriend Emily for letting me live out a dream like this while being 6 hours apart for 5 years. Thank you Em for being one of my biggest fans, biggest person to lean on during the rough times and always pushing me to be great in every part of my life. Thank you to all of the endless support from everyone that has supported the Cats and will continue to support the Cats. But most importantly, THANK YOU to this program for teaching me life through the game of football. Coach Fitzgerald told me in recruiting that it is the 40 year plan not the 4 year plan and there is nothing more true about the program than that. He and his program have helped mold me into the man I am and I can’t say thank you enough. Can’t wait to rock the Purple and White as an alumnus of one of the best universities and football programs in the country. Can’t wait to see every one of my teammates accomplish greatness. Go Cats
