A tip of the helmet and a fist pump from Gator Baseball’s Jacob Young as he acknowledges the fans and his teammates congratulatory cheers after Young set a new Florida record with his 30 game hitting streak in Game 3 of the weekend series vs FAMU. Young’s streak started in June of 2019. He broke the previous record of 29 consecutive games with a hit held by former Gator Tim Olson, who set it during the 2000 season.
