"Sugar-Free RASPBERRY VANILLA POP 💥🥤 Are you a “pop” or a “soda” person?! I usually say soda but I’m loving this vintage-style pop recipe from @goultima

All Ultima drink mixers are vegan, 0 calories, 0g carbs, 0g sugar, and provide hydrating electrolytes 🙌🏼 This is a great keto-friendly mocktail recipe for the holiday season 🎄

Vintage-Style Raspberry Vanilla Pop
Serves 4
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Ingredients:⁠
✔️1 Ultima raspberry stick pack or scoop⁠
✔️1/4 cup filtered water⁠
✔️1/4 tsp liquid stevia⁠
✔️1 cup fresh raspberries⁠
✔️1 tbsp lemon juice⁠
✔️1 tsp vanilla extract⁠
✔️seltzer water⁠
✔️2 cups ice cubes⁠ ⁠
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Instructions:⁠
1. In a small saucepan, combine the water, liquid stevia and raspberries over medium heat and cook for about 5 minutes until the mixture starts bubbling. Stir and cook the mixture for 5 more minutes until raspberries cook down.⁠
2. Set a fine-mesh strainer over a measuring cup or bowl and strain the mixture, pressing down on the raspberry pulp to squeeze out all the juice.
3. Add the Ultima Raspberry stick pack (or scoop), lemon juice, and vanilla extract and put in the fridge to chill.
4. Fill each glass with ice, add 2-3 tbsp of the raspberry syrup and about a cup of seltzer water.
5. Serve, sip & enjoy!⁠
