On January 1, I decided that I wanted to set a goal to walk a mile a day in 2016, for a total of 366 miles. If I miss a day for whatever reason (not feeling well bc of my #POTS or whatnot) I will make up the mile. I created an Instagram account to post each mile and to keep myself accountable.
