(Tres Sotols)

Sotol singularly represents the centuries-old agave distillation traditions of Northern Mexico. Made exclusively from the Dasylirion plant, this sotol flight offers three distinct species made by the same Solotero (a sotol producer), which highlights each plants individual flavors - underscored by a consistent production process.
