This beauty is called a QUIOTE. 

It's the stalk that shoots up from a mature female agave plant in order to spread its seed. This is usually cut soon after sprouting so that it doesn't drain energy from the agave heart. 

We're happy to have this one as a decorative piece! 🥰🥰🥰
