In honor of Mezcal Week, we are excited to give props to Chef Danny Mena, one of New York City's top Mexican chefs and global brand ambassador of Mezcales de Leyenda. 

Today through Monday, Chef Lucy will prepare Mena's favorite recipe from his acclaimed cookbook, "Made in Mexico".
