Scouting Report:
Khusnutdinov likely won’t be drafted in the first-round this year. He is such an intriguing player though that he had to be mentioned inside our top 20. 
Marat is always attacking at full speed and creating scoring chances off the rush. He’s got excellent puck-protection and edge-work. In the offensive zone, it often looks like he has the puck on a string, with his dangles, and ability to get shots off under pressure. Marat also has excellent vision and can thread seams with his passes.
For a small player, he’s also an excellent two-way forward. He uses his speed to have an impact on the backcheck, and wins battles in his own end against bigger players.
Marat is such a talented player, and should be a first-round pick.
