One of my favorite things about the Colorado area 😋❤ hatch green chile! 
I had never had anything close to this until we moved out here.. in fact, when people kept talking about green chile sauce and Colorado green chili... I thought they just meant salsa verde 😂
But man oh man, once you have hatch green chile sauce.. you'll be hooked for life! 😊😍😍
Marinating some country style pork ribs with this to throw on the grill later for dinner... once they come off the grill, I always brush them with a little more sauce!
