The boys' dinner tonight!

Chicken: I literally threw 6 breasts (the #organic pack you get from Costco) in the #slowcooker this am with a jar of 505southwestern #greenchile sauce (also availble at Costco.) It's very mild and #glutenfree 👍 Chicken was easily shredded when I got home this evening.

This entire meal took me 10 mins to prepare, maybe 11 if you count the #crockpot this am 😉 It can be SO EASY to prepare quick, healthy, delicious dinners. I promise, if I can do this then so can you!

We will be eating the green chile chicken over spinach and hope the boys leave a few spears of asparagus (didn't make enough of those!😉) There is tons of #leftover chicken which I'll be enjoying with my eggs the rest of this week! 👍 #paleo #glutenfreekids #paleokids #realfood #healthydinner #healthyfamily #veggies #healthyfats #leanprotein #growingboys
