A lot people ask me “What is that logo on your hat?” More than just a logo, this Do-Or-Dier symbol represents everything that I am as a person, as well as those I surround myself with, and those that I build with. I wanted to define who I am in a very specific way, and integrate that mindset, and core values into everything that I do. I only want to work with those that share this mindset and set of core values. I define a Do-Or-Dier as those who have a relentless work ethic and unwavering self-belief to create their own destiny. They see it, believe it, then do it. Each possess six core values that is the heart of how and why they operate at such a high level. They are Passionately Compelled, Relentlessly Consistent, Profoundly Grounded, Magnetically Inspiring, Perpetually Optimizing, and Honestly Brilliant. These six core values are represented by six lines in the logo and when combined they fortify the Do-Or-Dier mentality. I put the Do-Or-Dier symbol at the top of the dyrdekmachine logo to symbolize that we are a venture studio by Do-Or-Diers for Do-Or-Diers, then created a shield to represent us as a house. If you look close, you can see that both the D's in DYRDEK have slight cuts to rep the Do-Or-Dier in name. #manufacturingamazing #doordier
