Everyone say hi to Joey! 👋 Joey is a fourth-year Political Science major from Ramsey, NJ.

Watch on stories today as he shares a day in his life!

1. Why did you choose Clemson?

I chose Clemson for many reasons; first and foremost, the moment I visited for the first time, I knew I belonged. The welcoming community, outdoor beauty, and academics were more than enough to make me want to go here. Every day that passes, I am more and more confident in my decision to make Clemson home.

2. What is your advice to Clemson students?

My biggest piece of advice is to get involved, and get involved early. I have found amazing communities in several organizations at Clemson, such as Sigma Alpha Epsilon, Undergraduate Judicial Branch, Catholic Student Association, and many more. But to that point, don’t be afraid to put yourself out there and try new things– everybody here is friendly, and everything is worth trying

3. What are you looking forward to this spring?

This spring, I look forward to enjoying my last semester with all my friends and everything that Clemson has to offer. In specific, days on the lake, going on hikes, and really, any outdoor activities are what I’m most excited about.
