Today marks the 34th year since The Links at Spanish Bay opened! 

In its inaugural round, Tom Watson shot a 67 and came off the course declaring, “It’s so much like Scotland, you can almost hear the bagpipes playing.”

...And just like that, a tradition was born. To this day the bagpiper serenades the course to sleep at sunset every evening.
