On Dec. 3, I’m running the California International Marathon to benefit Girls on the Run LA—and I would love your help reaching my fundraising goal. This is a cause that resonates with me so deeply that I recently joined @gotrla’s Board of Directors to help push its mission forward.

For those of you who haven’t heard me talk all about it yet: GOTRLA inspires 3rd-to-8th-grade girls, nonbinary, and gender-expansive kids of all abilities and backgrounds to embrace their inner strength, connect with other kids and mentors in a safe, inclusive space, and manage their emotions. Each season culminates in a celebratory 5K that gives participants the sense of belonging, accomplishment, and possibility that running a race provides.
