Join us for our sprint workshop on Feb 28th with TWIST coach Timothy.

Using the same techniques we use with our pro athletes, we will cover topics such as foot strength & placement, proper posture and body positioning - qualities that will enhance both your athletic ability and sports performance, regardless of your chosen sport.

All ages welcome.  Video analysis to evaluate sprinting technique will be available to athletes 13+.
