Menopause hit us hard…no energy, sore achy joints & muscles, bloating, restless sleep but worst of all was the mysterious weight gain which seemed to appear around our waistlines.⁠

We did a great deal of research on menopause, re-evaluated our own lifestyles and implemented some simple strategies…and the changes we experienced were quick and amazing!⁠
