Here some of our top  running safety tips:⁠

🏃 if you're using headphones, use low volume so you can still hear what's going on around you⁠
⁠
🏃 stay visible - wear light-coloured, reflective clothing and runners⁠
⁠
🏃 invest in a running head lamp and flashing "dot" lights - make sure you are visible from the front AND the back⁠

🏃 run a well-lit route⁠
⁠
🏃 run with friends⁠
⁠
🏃 always be vigilant and pay attention to your surroundings⁠
