I cringe every time I hear someone using aging as an explanation (or excuse 🤨) for physical ailments like aches and pains or lack of energy, etc. ⁠

While aging is inevitable and does have an effect on our brains and bodies - it shouldn't be used as a reason not to try and do something about it - because you can! ⁠

I challenge you to take an honest look at your lifestyle, exercise and eating habits - the root cause of most of the ailments you suffer from can be found there.  Clean those up and life as an "old" person can be pretty damn awesome!!⁠
