What brought you to TWIST and what keeps you coming back? ⁠
⁠
My parents received a Twist Performance e-mail through our Port Coquitlam soccer association. It was just before our soccer season was to start. We thought it would be a great way to get ready for the season and help prevent injury.⁠
⁠
What has been your biggest success since you started training at TWIST?⁠
⁠
I always look forward to attending my Wednesday training sessions and seeing how much stronger I will be by the end of this year.⁠
I feel that my upper body strength has improved quite a bit I have developed stronger forearms and biceps.⁠
⁠
What is one thing that you have learned since training at TWIST?⁠
⁠
I have also noticed that I have been able to pace myself much better during games, knowing when to speed up and beat my opponent down the line on a breakaway.⁠
