What brought you to TWIST and what keeps you coming back? ⁠
⁠
A colleague and I initially came to TWIST three years ago for personal training because neither of us had enough confidence to join a group class. But after 4 months training, my confidence and strength increased enough for me to feel I could keep up in a group class. I have been at Twist ever since then. What keeps me coming back is the effective workouts and expert coaches ⁠

What has been your biggest success since you started training at TWIST? ⁠
⁠
I have felt stronger and more confident in my abilities. Also, the exercise program, in addition to better food choices, have helped me lose and keep off 25 pounds.⁠

What is one thing that you have learned since training at TWIST? ⁠
⁠
I have learned that I am much more capable physically than I thought I was. Working and raising kids was all-consuming, so I didn’t make time to exercise, which led to weight gain and some health problems. Once I had more time to myself, I thought that it was too late to reverse the years of inactivity, but to my great relief, it wasn’t. I feel better now than I did 10 years ago. ⁠
