Longest post I'll ever write: After every game, tons of photos of #nflcheerleaders hit the Internet. I had a lot after this last game, and I always REFUSE to read any comments. For some reason, I read some last Monday. Most of them were funny, some were flattering, the majority were really nice. Yet there was one single comment on a picture of me from a faceless stranger with the words: "they should crop the photo to be from the neck down." That stung. That sort of comment wasn't unique to that one photo of me either. Hurtful words colored the comments section in photos of other #nflcheerleaders throughout the league. But you know what? I may not be this sad dude's idea of beautiful. That's perfectly fine with me because I know that I am thought much of by many people and that there's so much more to me than the opinion of a guy who doesn't even have a photo for his yahoo sports profile 😏 The fact that I'm blessed to be on that field means I must be doing something right! I want to encourage every woman out there who might be struggling with her self-image today to drown out any negative thing that's been said about you or that you even think about yourself, and see the beauty that you have. CHOOSE to see yourself how God sees you: nothing short of amazing! And as the caption for this article shows: what do the haters know anyways? #byefelicia #cantbringmedown #thankful #riseup #imdone
