## Caption

For over fifty years, the Land and Water Conservation Fund has been one of our most important conservation programs. The LWCF uses-non taxpayer funds earned from offshore oil and gas royalties to purchase, conserve and enhance access to public lands where we hunt, fish, and recreate. The new federal budget proposal includes an 84% cut to the LWCF, and without action from Congress, will expire on September 30, 2018.
