Sunset at the Callanish Stones in the Outer Hebrides. The Outlander TV series has used the location as a model for a fictional stone circle near Culloden. In the show, the stones have time-travel abilities when touched.

The Stones are believed to have been erected sometime during the Neolithic Era (10,000 - 2,500 BC).
