In whatever we do in life at some point there's a brick wall that gets in the way of what we want. We are bound to face a challenge or an issue on a day to day. basis. With that comes 4 types of people:

1) the first person runs into the brick wall and realizes, "hey that hurt. I don't want to do that again." The person knows what's on the other side but decides not to try either because he/she doesn't really want it or he/she is too afraid to do so. If you don't really want what's on the other side-- no problem. If you don't try again due to fear of getting hurt, you're going to hurt when you regret not trying the rest of your life. Fear of failure.
2) person number 2, is someone who decides to run into the wall, realizes it hurts but has the passion and will to continue to try the same thing. He/she continues to not learn from his/her mistakes and suffers great pain, never reaching what he/she wanted. Failure to learn or accept information.

3) person number 3 is a little bit smarter but still fails to get over the wall. After running into the wall he/she decides to try and walk around the wall, but this wall is the Great Wall of China. He/she walks and walks seeing what they want but grows tired and wasted time to eventually never get there. Failure to seek out information, too much self-dependence.
4) the last of which runs into the wall but then does a little bit of research. He/she realizes, "hey I'm not getting over this alone," so he/she goes back to find all supporting figures-- family, friends, teachers, coaches, role models and self-- to form a sort of Hunan ladder thus getting over the wall.

Which person are you? We work together every day to make each other better through committing to one process. #motivationmonday #trusttheprocess #respecttheM #whichbearisbest #bearsnotcubs #blackbearnation
