## Caption

The 3,000m wasn’t the only race the #BowermanBabes crushed last night! Marielle handle the early pacing duties in the 5,000m and lead her teammates to a slew of PRs. Vanessa was second in a massive breakthrough performance, running 14:48. Emily proved she’s more than recovered from her injury by running a lifetime best of 14:51. Courtney and Gwen also set their personal bests at 15:02 and 15:10, respectively. That’s over a 30 second improvement for Gwen from her first race two weeks ago! Marielle paid for her early work, but held on gamely for 15:20. What a night!
