In addition to Emily’s comeback performance at the tdbeach2beacon 10K, our marathon crew spun their legs at a shorter distance. Bumbi and CD were engaged in a tight battle with the other top Americans and took 7th and 8th respectively (2nd and 3rd 🇺🇸). Amy’s legs were feeling the high mileage and she wound up 14th.

The race served as a nice break in training and now, with 10 weeks to go, we enter the critical phase of preparation for the chimarathon on October 13th!
