Even marathoners have a need for speed!

Shalane and CD are up in Mammoth Lakes preparing for the nycmarathon (you might remember Shalane running that one last year 😉). A couple days after a big 2 hour and 30 minute long run they were back on the track to do some 200s and keep the legs sharp. Ok maybe not “sharp”, but definitely a little less heavy.
