We’d have preferred a slightly different finishing order in the diamondleagueathletics 1500m final, but no one can deny it was a fantastic race! The early pace was hot, people were bridging gaps, and in the end we ended up with four sub-4 women battling down the home straight. In the end Shelby couldn’t quite catch Laura Muir for win. She did walk away with her third sub 4 clocking of the season, cementing her status amongst the truly elite in this event!
