With a break in the European racing action for the European Championships, most of our pro athletes are back in Portland. It’s the perfect time in the season to get back to some basics before the mid/late August stretch of racing that includes the diamondleagueathletics Finals. Yesterday’s session was a Jerry classic: a moderate tempo followed by cutdown repeats touching on a whole range of race paces. The perfect type of workout to execute as a group and the groups were 👌.
