Action starts tomorrow at 3pm ET on NBCSN and NBC Sports Gold. Ryan is up first for BTC in the 3,000m at 3:39pm ET. Matt will also be running 3,000m- with some jumps and puddles along the way- to close out the meet at 4:46pm ET. Top 8 in each event earn points towards qualifying for the Diamond League Final.
