🤔 So what makes someone a BAD leader?? Not being open to other peoples ideas for the sake of theirs being superior. Openness is what makes a GREAT leader. People will trust that you'll hear them and the creative process will flow much more easily. Thankfully if you've found yourself being less open, you can always be more conscious about encouraging others to share and be willing to shift your perspective on how things "HAVE" to be.
