ENTER TO WIN!

I run to remind myself of my strength. Completing my mileage goals and keeping promises to myself reminds me that I can handle anything life puts me through. I live with an incurable chronic pain disorder called Interstitial Cystitis.

When I was 23-26 years old the pain was unbearable. One day I decided if I was going to be in pain, I may as well do it outside. I began hiking and with that first step of returning to a hobby I loved, I found the will to fight for my future. I have accomplished hiking some of the most exciting trails in the US since making that decision to take my life back. In 2023, at 35 years old, I decided it was time to see what else my body could do. If it could take my to the top of mountains, could it also run a half marathon? The answer was yes. Now in 2024 I am running my first FULL marathon- the everywomansmarathon- a race designed by women, for women! shamrockfarmsmilk. is the perfect partner for this training because milk is the original fuel- it’s a high quality source of protein that helps us stay energized for training and provides the nutrients we need to recover. And GUESS WHAT! Shamrock Farms is going to gift one of my followers registration and a trip to Savannah, GA this November to run in the marathon!

Here is how to enter:

1. Follow everywomansmarathon on Instagram
2. Post a photo or video as an Instagram Story that describes your running mantra or your reason for running.
3.Include everywomansmarathon and the hashtag #ShamrockFarmsSweepstakes as text overlays to your Story
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY, 50 U.S. (D.C.) and PR, 18+. Ends 4/30/24. See Rules in Bio for how to enter, mail in entry method & all details.
